Cookie Policy
This policy lists every cookie Monivo sets, what each one does, and how you stay in control. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember your choices between visits — your language, or whether you already answered the cookie question. Browser storage works the same way, so this policy covers it too.
2. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Essential cookies keep Monivo working; nothing optional runs until you allow it. Analytics runs only with your permission, and is used only to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this data, build personal profiles from it, or use it to follow you across other sites. Rejecting optional cookies never blocks a swap.
3. Essential cookies
These are always on, because the site cannot work without them.

4. Analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics (GA4) sets its own cookies — _ga and _ga_* — to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. Google sets them for up to two years. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics stays switched off until you accept. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings; once analytics is off, Google stops collecting new data from your visits.
5. Live chat cookies
Our live chat (provided by Zoho SalesIQ) loads on public pages so you can reach support quickly. Zoho may set its own cookies to remember the chat window and your conversation. The chat is not covered by the analytics switch above; it runs under Zoho's own terms. If you would rather not accept chat cookies, email us instead.
6. Browser storage beyond cookies
A few things we remember use browser storage instead of cookies: your language choice and a local copy of your recent swap orders, so tracking pages and receipt links keep working on your device. This data stays in your browser, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
7. Cookies set by other sites
When you continue from Monivo to a swap provider to complete an exchange, that provider's website may set its own cookies. Those are governed by the provider's own policy, not this one.
8. Managing your choice
Open Cookie settings any time — from the button below or the link in the site footer — to review or change your choice. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function without them.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our cookies change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
