Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Monivo works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We have tried to keep them clear and readable. If anything is confusing, please reach out and we will clarify.

1. Welcome to Monivo

Monivo is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange and swap aggregator. We connect you with liquidity providers and decentralised exchanges so you can swap, buy, or sell digital assets without creating an account or handing custody of your funds to us. These terms apply whenever you use our website, widget, or any service we offer.

2. Who can use Monivo

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not use Monivo if you are located in a country or territory where cryptocurrency exchange is prohibited by applicable law. By using our service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. How our service works

Monivo does not hold your funds. When you initiate a swap, you send crypto to an address provided by one of our integrated liquidity providers. The provider executes the exchange and sends the output to the wallet address you specify. We aggregate quotes from multiple providers in real time and route your trade to the one offering the best rate at that moment.

Because we are non-custodial, we cannot reverse transactions, recover funds sent to the wrong address, or refund losses caused by blockchain network issues. Please double-check every address before confirming a swap.

4. Fixed vs floating rates

We offer two types of swaps. A fixed-rate swap locks the exchange rate at the moment you confirm the transaction. The output amount you see is guaranteed, provided your deposit arrives within the validity window. A floating-rate swap executes at the live market price when your deposit is received. The final output may differ slightly from the initial estimate, though floating rates often yield a better result in calm markets.

5. Fees and pricing

Monivo earns a small margin included in the exchange rate you are quoted. There are no separate service fees or hidden charges beyond the network transaction fees required by the blockchain itself. The rate shown on the quote screen is the all-in rate you will receive.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Monivo for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, or the exchange of proceeds from illegal activities. We reserve the right to decline service to any wallet address flagged by our compliance screening without prior notice.

7. Risks you should understand

  • Volatility. Cryptocurrency prices can change rapidly. The value of your output may rise or fall between quote and settlement.
  • Network delays. Blockchain congestion can extend confirmation times. A swap that normally takes minutes may occasionally take longer.
  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions are final. If you send funds to the wrong address or specify an incorrect destination, recovery is usually impossible.
  • Provider risk. We work with reputable liquidity providers, but we are not responsible for their individual operational issues.

8. Intellectual property

The Monivo name, logo, website design, and all original content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monivo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the site with the updated effective date. Continued use of Monivo after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monivo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed venue.
