The story behind Sun [New]

SUN launched in 2020 as a fair-launch farming token distributed to Tron users rather than sold to investors, riding the same DeFi farming wave that produced dozens of similar tokens elsewhere. Its path diverged later when Sun. io absorbed JustSwap, Tron's other major exchange, folding both platforms into a single venue.

That merger came with a new SUN contract, issued to holders of the original token on a fixed conversion basis, so the asset you hold today is technically a successor to the one launched four years earlier.
