About Tron (TRX)
Layer-1 blockchainTron (TRX) is a delegated proof-of-stake blockchain optimised for cheap, high-volume token transfers, and it has become, almost by accident, the dominant rail for moving USDT around the world.
The story behind Tron
Justin Sun founded Tron, raised funds for it in 2017, and launched its own mainnet in June 2018 after migrating the project off Ethereum entirely. Tron acquired BitTorrent later that year, folding a genuinely widely used piece of internet infrastructure into its ecosystem.
What actually cemented Tron's relevance, though, was cost: its low fees made it the default choice for stablecoin remittances across Asia, Africa and Latin America, where every cent shaved off a transfer fee matters to the person sending it.
What TRX is used for
TRX pays for the bandwidth and energy resources transactions consume on the network, can be frozen by holders to obtain those resources plus voting rights, and secures the chain through a small set of elected super representatives rather than open mining or broad-based staking. Most of the actual activity moving across Tron day to day is USDT transfers, not trading in TRX itself.
Tron in the market today
Tron routinely settles more stablecoin value than any chain besides Ethereum, and TRX is a consistently top-ranked asset by market value with strong retail liquidity behind it. Its governance, worth noting plainly, is unusually concentrated around its founder, which is a structural risk that sets it apart from more broadly decentralised networks of similar size.

Fees and pricing
Monivo does not add a separate platform fee. The quoted receive amount reflects the executing provider's pricing and applicable payout costs. Your sending wallet or exchange may charge its own network or withdrawal fee. The amount shown is an estimate; fixed and floating quotes follow the provider's terms.
Monivo does not add a separate platform fee. Some partner quotes include a small affiliate margin that is retained by Monivo as a referral commission; this margin is included in the rate shown, not added on top. Provider spreads and applicable network costs are also reflected in the quoted amount.
Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by Monivo. No account, no subscription and no withdrawal charge. Live support is available 24/7.
